Return / Exchange Request

ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW TO MAKE A REQUEST.  Our aftercare department will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your request.

CONDITION OF GOODS
Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition.  Any items that have been broken in, are creased, wrinkled, dirty or damaged will be returned to you and no refund or exchange shall be given.

SALE ITEMS & BASIC COLLECTION ITEMS
– these items can be returned for a full refund of purchase price
– these items can be exchanged for an item of the same value at no charge
– if these items are exchanged for an item of greater or lesser value, we will adjust your charge accordingly

ALL OTHER ITEMS (Including items from the CUSTOM BASICS collection)
– due to their customized nature, we can’t issue full refunds on these items
– a 20% restocking fee + $5 shipping fee will apply to all exchanges
– a 40% restocking fee will apply to all monetary returns

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
– we don’t offer returns or exchanges on personalized items for any reason
– personalized items include padlock ID tags or any item with a nameplate attached

RETURNS / EXCHANGES DUE TO FIT ISSUES
Return/Exchange fees will not be waived due to fit issues.  Remember that we depend on you to give us accurate sizing information for your dog (exact neck size, breed and age of dog).  If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us via email or call the workshop for assistance:
