All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITION OF GOODS
Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition. Any items that have been broken in, are creased, wrinkled, dirty or damaged will be returned to you and no refund or exchange shall be given. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
– these items can be returned for a full refund of purchase price, less shipping fees
– these items can be exchanged for an item of the same value at no charge
– if these items are exchanged for an item of greater or lesser value, we will adjust your charge accordingly
– due to their customized nature, we can’t issue full refunds on these items
– a 20% restocking fee + $8 shipping fee will apply to all exchanges
– a 40% restocking fee will apply to all returns
– we don’t offer returns or exchanges on personalized items
– personalized items would be padlock ID tags or any item with a nameplate attached
We do not cover shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
