RETURN SHIPPING LABELS (USA):
Return shipping labels will be provided for an $8 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN SHIPPING LABELS (International):
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders.  All fees associated with returning items from outside the USA are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return.

Unfortunately there is no way to resize an item once it’s been made. If an item doesn’t fit, you’ll need to return it for a refund and purchase a replacement item in a different size.

When a nameplate is removed from a returned collar, priority is given to retaining the condition of the collar that has been returned. It’s for this reason that we rarely reuse a returned nameplate.

Be advised that the reuse of a returned nameplate will not reduce return/restocking fees, nor will it reduce the cost of a replacement item.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size, color, width, style, etc, you’ll need to return your original item and purchase another.

Leave us a note that your order is an exchange and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order so you don’t have to wait too long for your replacement.

We have chosen each aspect of our color line so that everything coordinates well, so there is little risk of choosing a color scheme that doesn’t “go”.  And while we do our best to represent all material colors accurately, settings can differ from monitor to monitor and expectations can differ from person to person. We will always do our best to help you choose the most appropriate products and loveliest color schemes for your dog, but ultimately those choices are yours and yours alone to make. Restocking fees will not be waived due to recommendations made by our staff, without exception.

California Collar Co. products are handcrafted by human beings out of natural materials which means there may be a small imperfection from time to time. Restocking fees will not be waived due to minor imperfections.
