A classic field style collar. The O-ring is designed to aid the collar in slipping off a dog’s neck should he/she become caught on brush in the field, and it also makes a great design detail for those looking for something basic but not too basic.
LEATHER
– made from English bridle leather from the Wickett & Craig tannery in Pennsylvania
– leather is full grain, vegetable tanned and sourced from US steer hidesHARDWARE
– brass (gold) hardware is all solid brass, no plating
– steel (silver) hardware is a combination of stainless steel (buckles) and nickel plated steel or brass (rivets, stud work) -

Our collars are sized according to your dog’s actual neck size.
Ideally, you’ll want your dog’s neck measurement to fall in the center range of the size collar you’re ordering.
For example, a size 14″ – 16″ collar will best fit a dog with an actual neck measurement of 15″.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help measuring your dog.

Measure the center of your dog’s neck with a cloth measuring tape.
We’ll need a snug measurement, so pull the tape right up to your dog’s neck with no slack.
(Basically, it’s like taking your own waist measurement.)
For thick-coated dogs, pull the tape through the coat and down to the dog’s neck.
